4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom. Walk-in closet on main room, service room. My only concern is that the space for dinner area and the living room will be too closed toguether, and I have my TV, DVD and sourround system......

in my parents house the tv room and the kitchen are close together and it sucks
when i'm trying to watch a movie even with the surround sound on...
you can still hear the shit that is going on in the kitchin..i.e. cooking or washing dishes it really sucks

Looks great - but I sympathize about the distance to work. We just bought a new house but could have gotten something a lot newer and nicer on the opposite side of town. Would have been a really long commute to work. Luckily we found something old but remodeled just a few blocks from the office. We were really dreading the extra commute time and traffic. The problem is that with all the money I am paying between my girl's school, services, etc, there is nothing else left behind for savings. With that money I can buy that house and put the other on a fixed term account to have some additional money on monthly basis. Since my father still lives with me, there is no guest room. I still need to see the property. There is no much space for figures unless I design top shelfs like Steve has in his house.
